So every year we go to Cool Beans and watch the Superbowl. They always have a chili cook off and we have always talked about entering. Since this is the year of doing and talking, we decided to try out hand at it. I found a recipe on allrecipes.com and we tweaked it a little to make it our own. So here is our secret!Ingredients
2 red onions
2 ribs of celery
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
teaspoon spicy mustard
teaspoon garlic salt
3 teaspoon Worcestershire
1 can chicken broth
1 1/2 milk
chilies peppers
jalapeno peppers
habernero peppers
block queso cheese
dash black pepperpint of beer (we used Fat Tire)
ground sweet sausage
ground lamb
Chop and saute onions and celery in butter until tender
Stir in flour, spicy mustard, and Worcestershire until well blended
Gradually add broth and 1 cup of milk
Bring to a boil then stir for 2 minutes
reduce heat
Add in chopped peppers
slice the cheese block into slices and melt with one cup of milk
add cheese mixture to other
drain black beans and add
Add chili beans with the sauce
cook meat thoroughly and add to mixture
add beer and add ground pepper

Now Enjoy! It may look like vomit as my friend Korby said, but it tastes like a winning chili to me! Besides, what does Korby know. He shoots to win the hottest chili ever year and succeeds because he dumps every hot sauce imaginable into it! It's so hot you can't taste anything afterwards for about three days!!
