I am all packed with my skinny skirt and green shirts and green flip flops. The only thing I am lacking is my green chocolate chip cookies. But Peter forgot to get the green food dye, so everyone will have to settle for green beer instead.

Skinny Jeans
So I have not put my skinny jeans back on since the first day I fit in them. I was afraid that it was some kind of fluke and that I would not fit in them again. But I finally put them on yesterday and was pleasantly surprised that they still fit. Plus today I was digging through my summer clothes because I needed some shorts or something to wear to Ben's party in Georgia this weekend. I pulled out the pretty white skirt that I bought for a dollar at the Goodwill with the tags still on it. And it fit! I was so happy. It was the same size as the pants, so I think I can count my self as that size now. Just for fun, I put on my new goal skirts. The brown one I got on and got buttoned and I would even go as far as to say it is comfortable to wear for a few hours. But it also had elastic to it. The pink one, I got buttoned but it was not comfortable to sit in it yet. However, I have no doubts anymore that I am going to be able to fit in those by June. We went out with Jessica and Daniel tonight to Wild Wing Cafe. I ate before we left and despite Jess and Daniel ordering tons of food I resisted the urge to graze from them. Jess even had spinach dip that she offered to me, but I stuck to nursing my beer and did not eat when I was not hungry. Plus, even tho I really don't want to, I am going to get up and go to Zumba in the morning. I will have enough time since we do not have to leave here until about noon to get to GA in time.

Day Thirty of Photo Challenge
Today was a self portrait. I must say, this one is much better than the first one. Now my photo challenge is complete. And seeing as it a a beautiful Spring day and I am tired of Fluid and Electrolytes, I am going out side to try and finish my book. And don't forget to set your clocks forward an hour tonight!

Day Twenty-Nine of Photo Challenge
The photo for today was a black and white. This picture was taken this past weekend in Louisville. I think it is really sweet. Lenae, of course is the one in the middle, and her husband Jordan and Peter are feeling for Baby Billie to kick. I made it a black and white myself because I thought it worth sharing.

Day Twenty-Five of Photo Challenge
Day 25 was something pink! There are so many things that are pink in my life. Half my closet, my back pack, a whole slew of ink pins, my watch....... you get the idea.... I like pink.
(Mom opening it at Christmas; Even tho she was not looking at me.)
I decided too go with an older picture. This is taken last year when I was learning to knit. This is about the 3rd scarf that I knitted. This particular scarf went to my mom this past Christmas.

Day 24 was an animal. Now the easy choice for me would be a picture of one or all three of my cats. But I decided to go a different route. Sometimes this weekend my memory card got knocked out of the slot on my camera and I took a few really great photos of Peter feeling Lenae's baby kick that recorded to the internal memory. Also on the internal memory, which I had forgot about was this picture along with a few more similar ones. This was taken in 2010 at the Memphis Zoo when we were in town for Lenae and Jordan's wedding. Instead of one of my little house cats, I am exhibiting the big kitty from the Memphis Zoo.

Day Twenty-One of Photo Challenge
Day 21 was a faceless self portrait and while my orginal idea was to do a shadow, I decided to go with this shot since I was going to upload it anyways and Google search showed images like this. This photo was taken today. I took it because those jeans that I have on have been hanging in my closet for over two years and they were deemed "my skinny jeans." They are a pair that my aunt gave me and I was too big for, but really liked them. So here I am today in those skinny jeans! They buttoned and I can sit down in them with out cutting off my circulation!!! I will not say what size they are, as that is irrelevant! I reached a goal and I am happy about it! YAY!!!!
Day Twenty of Photo Challenge
Day 20 is Bokeh. I had to look this one up.
(my shot)
(the shot from Google image that I was going for)
"In photography, bokeh (Japanese) is the blur or the aesthetic quality of the blur, in out-of-focus areas of an image, or "the way the lens renders out-of-focus points of light." is the wikipedia definition. After several attempts, I decided I do not have the camera designed for this shot, so this is what I came up with. While not an exact shot of Bokeh it is the best my cheap little camera can do.

I know, I know. I am behind. I did take a couple pics, but did not have time or the urge to upload them. We went to Louisville, KY last weekend for Lenae's baby shower. Then this past week has been spring break so I have been relaxing a bit and enjoying time off. So today I am sitting upstairs again in my newly rearranged room trying to study fluid and electrolytes and my mind keeps wondering. SO.... I am here to update. Day 19 was something orange. I choice my orange cat sticky note and orange highlighter and in retrospect, I thought about my orange baby girl, so decided to add that as well.
